Meet Susan Forbes – REALTOR® | PRO 100 Realtors, Inc.
Since earning her real estate license in 2016, Susan Forbes has been dedicated to helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and investing process with confidence and care. She proudly joined PRO 100 Realtors, Inc., where her passion for people and strong work ethic quickly set her apart. That same year, she was honored as the Newton McDonald Counties Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year.
In addition to her work in residential real estate, Susan—alongside her husband of 34 years, Dan Forbes, and their daughter, Michelle Goff—manages over 90 rental properties. Together, this family team provides clients with a wealth of experience and a full spectrum of services in both real estate transactions and property management.
Susan’s leadership and dedication extend beyond her clients. She has served two years as a board member and one year as Secretary/Treasurer on the Four Corners Realtors Board. She has also been a local state director on her board and chaired the Program Committee for five years. Giving back is important to Susan, and she volunteers her time at Hope Kitchen and Meals on Wheels, supporting her community in meaningful ways.
When she isn’t working, Susan treasures time with her two children, their spouses, and her four wonderful grandchildren. She also enjoys boating on nearby lakes and hosting BBQs with family and friends.
