Melissa Annis

With over 30 years of experience in real estate, I have built my career on a passion for the industry and the people I serve. I began in 1997 working in new construction and luxury homes before transitioning into commercial real estate, where I’ve focused for the past decade and truly found my calling. My experience, combined with a strong attention to detail, allows me to guide clients through smooth and successful transactions. I have remained actively involved in both local and state REALTOR® associations, including serving as the 2013 President of the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS® and on multiple Missouri REALTORS® committees and leadership initiatives.  Outside of real estate, I serve on the Planning and Zoning committee in Webb City, Missouri, and enjoy life with my husband, my two kids, and four wonderful grandchildren roaming from one sports venue to another.
