Julie Smith

Julie Martinez-Smith is a life-long resident of the Four-State area. She spent 16 years of her career in Retail Management striving to exceed Customers expectations by providing exceptional service.
In 2009 she had the privilege of being the 1st Woman Contractor for Habitat for Humanity’s Women’s Build completing a new construction in 9 weeks.
Julie has also spent 13 years in the Banking industry serving in multiple positions with her last position being a Mortgage Lender with People’s Bank of Seneca.
The past 17 years she has played an intricate role in her Husband, Tony’s construction company, T.R. Smith Construction Inc. with plan design, estimating, customer relations, and finance as well as owned a rental company with 65 units.
Julie and Tony have five children and ten grand-children and are proud to call the Four-State area their home.
