Joyce Liggett has been providing Real Estate services for over 24 years in Southwest Missouri. She holds a Broker’s license with a GRI designation as a Graduate from the Realtor institute. Joyce has been awarded the Summit and Pinnacle level award of excellence by the Missouri Association of Realtors. She has proven to be a top producer with Pro 100 Realtors, and has ranked in the top 6% of the Joplin Board of Realtors in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Joyce sells residential, commercial, and is an appointed agent working directly with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
